Fage 0% Greek Yogurt

I always see Fage and Chobani yogurts as a part of healthy blogger’s grocery hauls so I picked one up at Trader Joe’s as well. I’m not much of a yogurt person, but I know I should add it into my diet to help my digestive system so I’ve been on a hunt for a brand I’m willing to eat on a regular basis. Fage is awesome, thick and creamy, not too much added sugar and perfect tartness. I’m excited about adding my own fruits and granola to it to bulk things up. The bad thing about it is that it’s on the pricey side. Next to try will be the Chobani, Oikos and the TJ in house brand Greek Yogurt. I’ll definitely buy again when I want to splurge.

It doesn’t have any added sugar, the only sugar is from the yogurt itself.
