My TJ had a handful of these left marked down to $0.99 a box. I’ve never had them before, so I bought a box to try out. In my attempt to dissect the calories of these Joe-Joe’s, I stumbled onto a very interesting calculation. This person compared the calories of regular Oreo and Double Stuffed Oreo and came to the conclusion that each piece of cookie is 15 calories and each filling is 20 calories. I thought it was brilliant. One serving is 140 calories for 2 Joe-Joe so I figured that the filling is like the Double Stuffed Oreo (40 calories) and each side of cookie will be 15 calories as well. I plan of eating these sans the filling (not a fan anyways), to save me some calories. Crushed on ice cream or yogurt… these make really good toppings.

I have seen these and have had the presence of mind to leave them at the TJ’s or else it could get ugly :) They look sooo good!
