Looks like Yoplait’s Fiber One 50 calories yogurts has been making it’s rounds on the blogging world. The newly launched Fiber One slashes 30 calories from the previous 80 calories version. Flavors include: Key Lime Pie, Peach, Strawberry, and Vanilla.
Strawberry: Creamy texture with small pieces of real strawberries. The color is redish/pinkish color. Smells like sweeten strawberries. Has good strawberry flavor, but it is apparent in the taste that it is sweeten with an artificial sweetener, in this case, aspartame.
Key Lime Pie: Creamy texture, but unlike the strawberry flavor, it does not have any fruit pieces. The pastel green color reminds me of Easter. Smells and taste like limeanade.
Just like the infamous Shirataki Noodles, these Fiber One yogurts are Hungry Girl approved and has the HG logo printed on the package. In general, the Fiber One yogurts has good flavor. Only 50 calories, 5 grams of fiber and zero grams of fat. Really hits all the high points of what people strive for on a diet plan. Personally, I tend to stay away from products that have aspartame or splenda as a sweetener because I get headaches afterward. “Nay” or “yay”, check out the ingredients list and decide for yourself.
