Endangered Species Extreme Dark Chocolate 88%

Picture 240This has got to be the darkest dark chocolate I have ever tired to date. A whopping 88% cocoa dark. Barely even sweet which I am not really use to for chocolate. Silky smooth, with an intense dark chocolate richness, but has a slight bitter aftertaste. Satisfied my chocolate craving, but not my sugar craving. Don’t really need 1/2 a bar to be satisfied. I was content with 1 to 2 square and each square is about 30-ish calories.  The whole bar consists of 15 squares that you can break apart and enjoy.  The more I ate it, the more I enjoy it. I thought dark chocolate is suppose to be good for you, but I was surprised that there are 12 grams of saturated fat per serving. Planning to melt this and make some pseudo Edible Arrangements with this since I think the sweetness from the fruit will pair nicely with this extreme 88% cocoa.
